Worst system I've ever seen--you wait while they slowly get your car for you. Took 50 minutes of waiting in the heat. Avoid at all costs!
Your rental car shuttle drivers spend more time bullshitting with each other than driving shuttles. Sitting here with overloaded bus, two empty busses waiting for drivers to end their conversation for 5 minutes. Then they have attitude when they realize their bus is too full and nowhere to put luggage.
Shuttle worker refused to listen to my husbands safety preference for his wheelchair. She would not let him transfer to a seat but instead insisted on strapping part of the chair awkwardly to floor in a way that caused him to almost flip backwards when she started driving. Upon arrival the ramp wouldn't work forcing him to crawl out of the bus on the filthy floor. It is so simple to listen to people with disabilities and respect their needs but I guess safety and respect are not in the vocabulary of the shuttle staff at MSY.
