Very prompt service. Best price in Carolina beach. Will only use this company from now on. Customer service is their expertise. I also wanna say that Chris was a pleasure to work with. Also, the condition of their equipment was far superior to their competition.
We don't go to the beach often, so do not have the equipment. Rented chairs and an umbrella and wow that was the easiest process! Got to the beach and our chairs/umbrella were there waiting for us. Was easy to find our spot, zero issues. Took one less worry out of our beach trip. Would definitely recommend!
I am writing this review from the beach, while sitting in one of our rented chairs. Chris was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I am assuming he owns the company. If he doesn’t, give that man a raise! Chris is personally out here on the beach, assisting a woman with something right now. He is very kind and very professional. What great service. Chris went beyond the call of duty and set us up with some great chairs. Noticed their chairs are in better condition than those other rental company chairs around us. We definitely recommend them.
