After getting 2 appliances from rent to own I found them great , after covid I decided to get a tv when my tv suddenly died . The hoops I had to jump through , they wanted to go through my credit card statements which I found highly intrusive and went through my bank statements asking how I spent my money . I had enough money on my credit cards to just go out and buy a tv but I thought I would go through rent to own as I’d find it easier with delivery and just sorting it out quickly . Experienced absolutely great customer service today totally blown away by the way Chris had organised a washing machine that wasn't in the store the one I had picked was not available but Chris had managed to get another that was still in my budget range give or take a few dollars happy with that. I was there at 9am he rang me at 10am and said we got one for you we did the business over the phone he said we can have it too you by 13:30 hrs today kudos Chris
