Promised us everything we wanted. We paid them. Then got exactly what we did NOT want. Then they told us well you can only get HALF of your money back, AFTER you have been with us for 30 days minimum.
I used this service a few years ago and found the right property in just a few days. Now three years later it's time to move again and I've been on Zillow and similar sites for two months and can't find anything that's fits our needs. Those sites are controlled by two or three rental agencies that I won't rent from based on their online reviews.
