THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE I CANT BELIEVE THEY STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND CALL THEMSELVES A BUSINESS AND HANG UP ON PEOPLE WHO WANT THEIR $ BACK LIKE YOU PROMISED AFTER 30 DAYS!
This place is a scam. They help some people but totally take advantage of some. They post adds on craigslist an then when u call they say it was sold an to come pay $90 to join. Once we joined nothing popped up in our town but we noticed they were still putting the same adds on craigslist of the places that were supposedly for sale but were already sold. Wasted my money and time dealing with this company. Never got into a house with them. The do not update their list you get from them. I found a house on my own by looking through the thrifty Nichol.
I have used rent source 3 times and it has always worked well for me, it took a few weeks the first two times but the third time it only took 1 week. i never have time to look through properties online with my schedule so this helped alot
