Terrible customer service the front desk rep had an attitude and cancelled my order because I put my wife as a reference and he said I couldn’t use her as a reference because she didn’t answer (my wife was with me he never called) so he ripped up the paper in my face with and attitude an argument took place and now they’re holding my money hostage when it’s obvious they aren’t going to fill my order so why keep my money as I said TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE OTHER REVIEW SAID THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I went to Aaron’s and ha... read more
Complete scam. Leased a washer,and OPTED OUT of "care package" on my lease,which costs $15 more per month. Total monthly per contract is $39.99...they bill $68 and some change,saying everyone must buy the care package. Showed them my contract they signed and they did nothing but insist everyone must pay it. That adds about $600 tonthe cost of the lease. Reporting to atty general,their corporate and BBB. Steer clear..theyre a scam.
