This place is as shady as they come! I owed ONE past due payment of 40.97 for 2 weeks and a current payment of 40.97. I paid them both. Caught up. They then charged me TWO ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF 40.97. I CALLED ON THE 13TH. BRAD said they would refund BOTH CHARGES, but that it would take up to 4 days to post! CALLED BRAD ON THE 17TH. BRAD ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, AND THAT THEY COULDNT REFUND the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!! To my account.
