This is a poor rental company. I live next to a house they manage. They have left the place vacant for months and months. Then the gate to that house got broken. They never fixed it which then gave thief's access to my back fence where they broke my fence and stole my tools. Then after the police got here and filled out a report. The next day they had a contacting company out to fix all the damage as if it never happened.
