I've been here for almost 3 years now and this building is only getting better each year. Everything from cleanliness , to decorations, to public areas, front yard, and tenant protection and security has all been continuously improving. Janell does an exceptional job taking care of the property and tenants. She's always easy to reach, ready to help make things easier or solve an issue you might have, with absolute professionalism but also a familiar friendliness. I'd give more stars if I could. Based on my experiance and several reviews, well they have a new logo, if you disagree then please by all means,prove me wrong
Lived in this rental unit for 2 years. In those 2 years, there have been probably 30+ water shut off notices, maintenance staff trying to enter our unit with force, with no notice or not home. Made numerous complaints to landlord about issues in the building such as urine in stairwells, upstairs tenants tapping/smashing the floor, cigarette smoke being blown into windows, people standing in common areas smoking.
