Avoid at all costs. Tried to keep my damage deposit for a BS reason, and then attempted to extort me into surrendering the damage deposit instead, by threatening to keep an overpayment of rent unless we agreed not to call the rentalsman to get the deposit back. Poor service , made me wait 30 mins to view an apartment.I called the person at arrival , she said she had by mistake put the viewing for another day and later she said she would come down anyway .so I continued waiting , 30 mins waiting ...I called her again to let her know that I'm leaving as I couldn't wait anymore .She didn't answer ...so I dropped a message . Later about 20 mins after I left from there she called me saying she was waiting for me in the unit .I just don't understand, I was in the parking lot all 30 mins ... read more
