Poor service , made me wait 30 mins to view an apartment.I called the person at arrival , she said she had by mistake put the viewing for another day and later she said she would come down anyway .so I continued waiting , 30 mins waiting ...I called her again to let her know that I'm leaving as I couldn't wait anymore .She didn't answer ...so I dropped a message . Months ago, I called and complained about mold in my bedroom and along my windows. They said they went in, and found mold on the windows but not the wall like I stated. They told me to bleach the mold I had found and it'll go away... well, here is the mold they "didn't find" that I have bleached months ago....would you look at that? It's almost as if it's common sense that doesn't get rid of mold 🤡 it is now back and here I am, bleaching it again. Customer service is great. Meanwhile it took 8 months for Northview maintenence to remove some mold in my bathroom. And when finally doing the work in my bathroom, they cause a leak going on the ceiling of the person living below me. Then they tell me they don't have to do anything about it. You should see the stain lol. Customer service front desk 10/10 Maintenence 0/10
