My experience with Northview was good, and exactly what you'd hope to experience with any property management company. Christal and Jennifer (management) were extremely accommodating with some of our asks and the move out inspection was swift and fair. We lived in the Azure building on 102 Ave, and rarely had issues that required attention. I believe a leaking pipe was needing repairs in our unit and that was the only maintenance request needed in 3.5 years of staying there. Staff are super friendly
The staff treated me really from the moment of applying for my rental and whenever I had any questions regarding pets and my rental/its repairs. Really welcoming, and Northview itself has improved in the past few years!
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!!!
