The Manager Mandy is wonderful!!! She is easy to go to with all your questions or concerns. Offers awesome incentives and takes excellent care of all the tenants. Prices are affordable for rent and units well taken care of :)
Black mold, bugs, constant yelling from cracked heads and management that doesn't respond or view evidence.
If you need to rent a place to live in Fort Nelson head over here and talk to Mandy. She can help you out and will go above and beyond to get you into something that's just right for you. She is extremely nice and very patient when it comes to finding you that perfect place. I highly recommend renting anything from Mandy, you won't be disappointed.
I was in Fort Nelson for work not too long ago and I had the pleasure of renting an apartment. Mandy was so great to work with, very professional and bubbly. I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for a place to hang your hat. 10/10
I was moving from out of province and was only in town a couple days to view places. Mandy showed me units that check the boxes and was able to accommodate paperwork and picking up keys. I had a one year lease and never had any complaints. If there was a maintenance issue, I called and someone was over to fix it. If I needed to fill my laundry card but the office was closed, I called and we made arrangements. I appreciate the endless hours that most people don't see being worked by Mandy and maintenance. Thank you!
