I've had such a great experience as a tenant! Although there was a slight issue with getting my deposit back after my contract ended, everything else has been amazing. Whenever there was a problem, they were super responsive and got things sorted straight away, making everything stress-free. They’re professional, reliable, and genuinely care about making things smooth for tenants. Communication has always been great, and they make the whole process easy. Overall, I’d highly recommend them!Â
They have been great for the past two years when I rented with them but once I moved away, it's impossible for me to get an answer from anyone about my deposit! I've been pushed from one person to another and no one has been able to update me on the progress of getting my deposit back!Â
We highly recommend Jack and Mordechai of RNE. They manage our property professionally and efficiently. They inspected our house the day after we handed over the keys and provided us with a detailed inspection report that highlighted what needed to be fixed immediately for renting. They did not pressure us into unnecessary refurbishments or repairs.
