FYI This incident occurred June 24th around 4:30 pm at the Faribault location. I did tell them I would take this to social media. It is not the norm for me to use social media to discuss a bad customer service experience. I am the person that calls the 1-800 # when I receive good customer service. There is always a first for everything. As most of you know, I have worked in sales and customer service most of my adult life.
