I reserved a pressure washer a week in advance and because I wasn't there first thing in the morning because I have a job they rented it to somebody else
Called in advance to see if they had what I needed. Once they didn't and they suggested others that did. Once they had what I needed. I was able to come down and get it and use it. When I needed it longer, I called and they worked with me.

The rudeness of the sales associate Bryan was uncalled for and disrespectful. When were returning the equipment. Especially when we had to travel over half an hour to get to that store.
