I reserved a trencher a week in advance, I wasn’t there first thing in the morning because I too have a job, so they rented it to someone else. I have also been a friendly, consistent, loyal customer, not anymore…

Called in advance to see if they had what I needed. Once they didn't and they suggested others that did. Once they had what I needed. I was able to come down and get it and use it. When I needed it longer, I called and they worked with me.

The rudeness of the sales associate Bryan was uncalled for and disrespectful. When were returning the equipment. Especially when we had to travel over half an hour to get to that store.
