They asked me for a deposit before even signing the contract. They sent me a blank contract and asked to do the transfer of the deposit right away. They never answer the phone and they promise to get back to you but never do. Very disorganized! At the end, they told me the apartment is not available anymore, but once I go on the website its still there.
Terrible company. Reading the reviews and talking to a rep of the company. It’s plain to see why people give them such a low score.
If I could give this company 0 starts I would Rent Moncton is by far the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely disorganized. Their lack of communication and poor management make renting with them a nightmare. I highly do not recommend renting from them!
