Very poor management from company. Good luck getting a hold of them if you have a complaint like excessive noise. You’ll have to leave several messages, send many emails and then you get lucky and someone finally answers a call. You’re then greeted by an obnoxious customer service person who gaslights you about what you are hearing, is rude, arrogant and condescending. Stay away from this company!
