My building used to be owned by MacArthur's who I felt really cared about their tenants. Now that it has been bought by Rent Moncton, things have seriously changed! They give off a "we don't really care" vibe. It feels like they just want you to leave them alone. And I am a model tenant. I never complain about anything. I have live in one apartment unit owned by rent Moncton, now RM properties for 5 years (they have owned it for roughly 3.5 years). Since the change in hand, I have reported many issues with my mini split and have had a lack of transparency on when it’ll be fixed, the building has been broken into, and the main floor has flooded multiple times and has not been repaired properly which is evident of the swollen baseboards and peeling paint. Extremely poor management. Staff is rude and unprofessional, and maintenance issues are ignored even after giving them ample time. They failed to return our deposit despite repeated requests. Almost everyone in the building is frustrated with them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Can't able to give less star then this.
