Just read through these reviews and replies to get an idea of what this company is like. I'll start that the in-person visits with the agents/representatives when moving in/out were efficient and respectful, no issues on that front. It goes downhill from there. I'll echo the communication issues. Good luck getting fast responses from their office. When getting any issue resolved/fixed that requires payment, demand receipts and double check those numbers. From the first call to enquire about the rental place to the signing of the lease, the experience has been smooth. Joe went above and beyond our expectations in terms of customer delivery and satisfaction. He made sure to secure the place we were looking for few months until we were able to adress all administrative details.
