He truly went above and beyond to help us. He even kept the unit available for several months while we handled all of our administrative steps, which we greatly appreciated. His professionalism and willingness to help made everything much easier for us. I honestly highly recommend Rent In Ottawa Property Management apartments/offic... read more
My elderly tenant indicated that a skunk was living under the outside patio deck. I called Rent in Ottawa and Joe’s team immediately dealt with the animal. Within a day, he trapped the animal and safely removed and released it back into the wilderness. My tenant was shocked at how quickly this was solved. Joe, Thankyou for your professionalism. A property management company that delivers results, excellent service at a very reasonable cost!!

This company has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. We are very happy and satisfied with their service—they are professional, efficient, and responsible. I truly appreciate their work and would definitely recommend them... read more
Excellent service and very professional management. Mr. Joe is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The management team is responsive and easy to communicate with. Special thanks to Amrinder and David for their outstanding support and quick response in resolving issues. Overall, a very positive experience with a courteous and efficient team. Highly recommended.

They will attempt to wring out as much money as they can. Also trac... read more
