I was not a rental there I had to help one of my friends clean out a unit and with the on site guy he was very nice I talked to you owners on the phone couple times they were even nice and we're very workable kind of people thank you very much

Clean storage, secure system, responsive staff, everything you want for your valuables that don't currently fit in the home. I am very pleased with them
Great service from beginning to end. They were extremely helpful with getting me into my storage unit and quick response time. When it came time to move out of my storage unit, the owner was very kind and understanding when I had to move out before the required 10 day notice. Five stars and highly recommend Research Drive storage
