There have been exposed wires in my apartment for months after someone came in and did some repair… the manager knows and has been notified and has even sent someone over for an estimate to fix it and has not which violates my lease. The fact that they will not repair something so dangerous when a 2 year old lives in the home really reflects on the character of this company. Also I live in a duplex and pay over $200 more than the people who live next to me. Taking slumlords to an all time high.
They don't address issues or follow through with what they said they would do. Would not recommend renting or using this company.
