I had a really great experience renting from them. Everything felt easy and well organized from the moment I picked up the car to the moment I returned it. Paulo handled the pickup himself, which made the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming. It is not often that renting a car feels this smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a special car rental experience.
