I ordered balloons for a “ sprinkle” for my daughter to be held at Fagers island . I worked with Laurie who was helpful and accommodating. Actually she was amazing. They had an amazing assortment , filled them with helium, delivered to Fagers island. The event was on Thursday and balloons are still flying high 😃 I strongly recommend this Party store for your future events
We used Party Central for chair rental for our wedding in October. They were responsive to communications and in answering questions. We had to change locations at the last minute due to rain and the manager was very accommodating and allowed us as much time as possible to let them know the final location. There were a few hiccups with some of our requests and with the pickup of the chairs, but overall we had a good experience and it was not enough for us to give less than a 5 star review. One of a kind!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great place to rent wether it's a machine, or party items. I definitely recommend Rent Equip and Party Central for all of your rental needs. This is my go to place.
My boss had a pool dug at his home. He wanted me to share his review: Matt helped in any way he could so that we were successful in completing a very difficult project. He provided the best equipment and instructions for us to complete the project without fail. I highly recommend. Matt and his team are really customer-oriented. I wish there were more businesses like his.
I had a wonderful experience using this company. I even had to move my event due to unforeseen circumstances and they were so accommodating. Incredibly professional service through the booking, set up and removal process!
