I rent an apartment from uptown Rentals in the north avondale area. Not long ago my apartment was flooded. The flood ruined my kitchen counter and the kitchen floor I spoke with miss whitney the uptown rental manager and she sent an elite team of workers who knew their job and the problem became no problem. The manager who service's the Clifton office also help me with a situation I was having with unfair treatment with my utilities. My experience in uptown Courts apartments has been favorable.

Rent Clifton changed there name I assume to help get rid of the poor reputation that they hold. Nothing has changed. Prestige Property Management has horrible customer service and are very unprofessional. We had a refrigerator that broke and took them over a week to get us a “new” one. Management told us we were getting a new fridge and over a week later a “refurbished” one was delivered that was even smaller than the previous one, and still dirty. Our experience with Rent Clifton was exceptional! The staff was welcoming and helpful. All of our maintenance requests were completed within a few days. The price was more affordable than their competitors. Even though the Clifton neighborhood was not for us, we were more than pleased with Rent Clifton's professionalism and quality of service.
