I did a couple showings. After showing me both properties I decided on a decently clean and well located 2 bedroom property they decided I would only qualify for one because I’m an applying with a couple as my roommates and they would share a room. They were on the application and there for the showing. The property they wanted me to take was layered with animal urine, had holes and in the ceiling and no real windows because it was a basement for 875$. These are slumlords I stopped contact immediately.
Eric has been an absolute star with the strange details around the lease I required. He was flexible, patient, accessible, informative and mostly always available! How’s that for great customer service?I have always felt that his goal was to make my life simpler through this process. I am more than grateful for his help!
Eric was amazing - he went out of his way after hours to give my wife and I a call back and schedule some showings for us over the weekend. He even took some of his own time to show us a few places. Very thankful for his above and beyond help on a quick-turnaround move!
