I was renting a house for 2 years located in 25 spruce meadows court. We had to finish our contract because we were moving to Lethbridge. We explained the situation and found the new tenant but still the company took the whole guarantee. Zero support... They take your money no matter what... I would not recommend at all
I have used Rent Better Property Management for managing my multi unit apartment building for the last 5 years and I couldn't be any happier on what a professional job they have done for me especially when I am out of the country most of the year. Had them take over the property management after the house had sold to a new owner. Then was given notice that the rent was going to be doubled. They tried to tell us that it was the new owner that increased the rent, but I feel it was more the case they just wanted us out. Very unprofessional, and unconcerned about there tenants.
