If an issue came up that was unique or required extra attention Nichole always had the answer or provided suggestions. I picked Rent Better initially because I heard they treated the tenants with the same respect as the landlord, which was important to me. I can confirm Rent Better is a prefect fit for both the Landlord and the Tenants.
Nichole Denham at Rent Better is awesome to talk to and deal with! Always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anytime I email Nichole, she responds quickly and is able to answer all my questions in a polite and friendly way.
Jay and Nicole are great to deal with, always helpful and accommodating.
Very impressed with the response time and professionalism. Jay Johnson responded to our phone call late on a Sunday to help trouble shoot a furnace issue. Also followed up to the house early the next day to function test the furnace and plumbing to ensure no further concerns. Thanks.
