I rented a tool late friday afternoon and was charged for the entire weekend!.. when the place was not even open to return it. This. Is extremely bad customer service and bad business and honestly a rip off! I will no longer rent from them and I will let my associates know the same!
They’re a small business that really looks out for other small businesses. Anytime we’re in a bind, they step up and help out — no hassle, no runaround. Their prices are better than the big companies, and the service is way more personal and reliable. You can actually talk to someone who cares and knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend them if you need equipment fast and want to deal with good people.
