We had a terrible experience here. We rented a 15-passenger van for our teenage daughter's birthday dinner. When we returned the van, they tacked on an extra $100 excessive cleaning fee due to "pet hair removal and odor." We had NO pets in the vehicle! I thought it smelled a little funny when I first picked it up, but didn't give it much thought. These people are thieves. They advertise a lower rate that their competitors, but charge exorbitant hidden fees when you return the rental. I will NEVER do business with these people again and urge others to BEWARE!
