I cannot justify higher than 3 stars because they charge a huge card fee and they did come with a hassle; however, they resolved the hassle. It was just not timely. So, I rate them okay and I would consider doing business here again. The down sides: They charge $150 deposit which you may have to stay aggressively on top of in order to get returned within a month. (Their policy says 21 days.) They also charge a huge fee to use a card. (8,9, or 10% -I forget.) They seem to be a bit unorganized since that was the excuse for not... read more

Due to an engine problem 100 miles away from home..the tow truck driver took me to Priceless Auto 14315 National Highway PMB 352 LaVale, Maryland (phone-1301-689-1800) & I rented an older vehicle at 9pm on a Saturday night -November 15, 2008 -so had to pay $25.00 "after hours fee" plus daily fees higher than national average.($45.99) Also had to pay ahead- a $150.00 Security Deposit which was to be refunded within 30 days of returning the car..as long as there were no tickets, no smoking and no damage to vehicle.
