Anyone considering renting from this place better think twice. Joe Horton, the owner of this particular franchise, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I've been searching for a minivan to take on our vacation in Florida. All the sites I've visited have been upwards of $800. Then, I remembered my dad telling me about rentawreck and that he'd used them in the 70's...yes, they've been around that long...and that they were very reasonable. The person I talked to was extreamly rude has absolutely zero clue about customer service. I wouldnt do business with these people if they were the only car company around I would rather walk. So please take my advice and don't waste your time.
