This has to be the worst run business I have come across in a very long time. I tried to have some rims ordered. Gave them my deposit and they said they ordered it. 2 weeks later when I still haven't heard back from them I called to see the status of order and they said it didn't arrive yet. I asked to make sure they at least ordered it and they said yes. Week 3 comes and nothing. I call again and they say nothing yet again. They say they see where it was ordered on the 5th of Feb. I have been a customer since 2012 never missed a payment so I go in to pompano store after talking to gentleman on phone who lied to me about pricing so I went through with purchase they installed they forgot to put in wheel sensors Waited 3 weeks to get them installed they installed them damaged my rims they said we order. You new ones after 3 weeks nothing then talked to district manager said we get them by Friday at 530 I said I’m done will never go back don’t recommend anyone to use this place they are awful I
Absolutely love the staff here! Rims and tires looking great! Clifton, Elvin, Jason, Josmat, and Linda all were wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to exploring the options available to me. They had my tires and rims on the truck in under an hour.
Alex the Manager was awesome helping me during the process of buying my new tires and the paperwork for the financing. Great guys.! Definitely worth the time.!
