Worse experience ever. Not customer service oriented at all and the mechanics have no experience. Go somewhere else
The customer service is VERY VERY poor. They lied to us repeatedly and made me feel like their goal was to get me to return my rims after having them a very short period of time. This store is SAD and so are the people that work there. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
Worst service ever. I went to purchase rims. The first day they didn't bother to balance my wheels my whole car was shaking when on the freeway. Went back to fix the problem the next day, I was sent to Southgate store which they almost refuse service to me. My steering wheel was still shaking on the freeway. Went back again & again to fix the balance of the wheels... For a while week the problem persisted & the excuse I was given was their machine is having problems. Please find another place togetting rims if you want to talk to people that treat you as a person. They were very unprofessional and rude. This place will never get a dime from me with that kind of treatment.
Horrible service!! I did the 90 days same as cash. A month after having my tires, one of the tires needed to be replaced. They said it would take a couple of days for the new tire to come in. Well, they wanted a payment and i said when my tire comes in then i'll pay. 2 weeks go by and and im still getting harassing calls and they claimed my tire hadnt come in. Seriously!! Be sure to read ALL of the contract. Had a set of tires put on chrome Mustang GT rims. Just tires alone was going to be over $2,000 had I completed the whole rental. At first opportunity I had the rims removed and took them back to Rent a Wheel in Brunswick, Ga. This was in the beginning of June and asked them to call me when the tires were off of the rims. AVOID THIS PLACE! They take extra payments after your last payment is paid. Then when you have a bad tire 5 months after getting them, THEY DON'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK!!! I called on Saturday and Mgr tells me he'll get it ordered and be there Monday or Tuesday. It's Wednesday and now he tells me it was ordered out of Houston and might be there tomorrow!
