I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The overall work environment is unprofessional, and customer service needs major improvement. One female employee in particular acts inappropriately toward male customers, even those who are clearly married — which is completely unacceptable. She has even given out her personal phone number instead of the company number. What’s worse, management seems aware of these issues and hasn’t taken any action. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.
Great and professional service. They were abke to help me right away and got me exactly what I was looking for and got me in and out in no time. Highly recommend if you need tires.
