the guys at Rent A Tire in Plano are fair and will go above and beyond for you The Management at this store will do everything in there power to help you along the way you just have to do right by them also. In a way they become family. My husband and I go here to make our payments and end up staying later just for the fact they make you feel at home. These guys are wheel fanatics come and see them you will not be disappointed.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They take extra payments after your last payment is paid. Then when you have a bad tire 5 months after getting them, THEY DON'T HAVE ONE IN STOCK!!! I called on Saturday and Mgr tells me he'll get it ordered and be there Monday or Tuesday. It's Wednesday and now he tells me it was ordered out of Houston and might be there tomorrow! Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my car here in April, and they damaged my brake calipers the minute they lowered my car after installing the wheels I was going to purchase. Apparently, the wheels didn't even fit! (How does a professional wheel place miss that?) After many attempts to get the damage repaired, and after many runarounds and excuses by the manager (Dave), they finally repaired the calipers, but did a shotty job.
