Sandy is the best ever!! Amazing customer service and always going above and beyond. Storage units are very clean and lots of security.
Perfect experience. Clean, safe, friendly, and very close to RIT. It couldn't have been easier to pack up the whole one-bedroom apartment and drive right up to the storage unit, one car load at a time. Sandy was super helpful with all the paperwork and billing. We'll definitely be back next summer. Thank you!

Rent A Space offers monitored and maintained clean storage units that are secure, great sizes, very reasonably priced and they have incredible customer service. The owner is empathetic and worked with me during a time I was in a financial hardship. Sandy that works in the office is a pleasure to do business with also.
