Miss Sue has 0 professionalism. When I asked about the security of the facility she stated " the world isn't safe" . She said this facility is just a large parking lot and people don't tend to leave valuables.. but you would assume your car , boat or RV is a valuable. I told her we had a 14" utility trailer that we would need to access often for tools or the entire trailer.
