Have been with the Irving, TX Rent-A-Center for 9 years. My husband called Saturday to extend a payment to the following week. Didn't get the employee name. After receiving two missed calls today, I made the payment not realizing my husband had set up an arrangement to extend it to the following week. He called today and spoke to the new manager who was unprofessional and did not care that an arrangement was made. She said she knew who it was but refused to give us the employee name. Really enjoyed working with the wonderful people at the Monroe LA Louisville rd location. Great people on all divisions. From sales staff to the wonderful delivery drivers. When my washing machine had issues they got to it quickly and fixed me right up.
