My husband and I purchesed a new couch from the Lancaster Store and when it was delievered it was broke. We went and spoke with the manager and he said that we could get our money back on our card and still has never refunded our money. We are very upset with the way we were treated and we will never ever go back to a Rent A Center. We will keep going to Rent Smart and get stuff that is not broke.
