Beyond disgusted, I never in my life would choose to shop here but my fiance bought a tv without telling me. The Tv is worth maybe 1,000.00 and we have paid well over 2,700.00 . Due to other issues we were unable to make payments on time for about two months and in the time i was threatened and harassed. Due to the fact that we have paid well over what the tv is worth and continue to make payments you would think the harassment would stop. My husband and I purchesed a new couch from the Lancaster Store and when it was delievered it was broke. We went and spoke with the manager and he said that we could get our money back on our card and still has never refunded our money. We are very upset with the way we were treated and we will never ever go back to a Rent A Center. We will keep going to Rent Smart and get stuff that is not broke.
