I want to give a HUGE to Rent-A-Center in Amelia. Stopped in yesterday around 1:30pm to rent a recliner for 4+ weeks for shoulder surgery happening the next day(we don’t have one or have room for one). The manager got the rental done AND the recliner delivered it today to me I Bethel being down to only 3 staff and booked out with deliveries through Tuesday! The store had 3 of the very nice people that worked there. Recently, and now they are leaving now. The store has gone downhill, and if not, ann is not very enjoyable to rent from them now.Because the 3 people I know did a really nice job.Keeping the store clean , taking care of the customers very well

Second time they canceled delivering my couch. I already made a payment for a couch I do not have. Was called three times today and all three times said 4:30. I find out after I already left work early and threw away my old couch at 4:53 they don’t have headlights to drive in the daytime…. If you tell them your family member is irresponsible and never pays a bill and you will absolutely not confirm their ability to keep up with a rental, they will just have your family member call someone stupider to say yes rent to them 🤣 terrible! I told yall she couldnt pay a bill and you called someone else to get a yes. Good luck i warned you she wouldn't pay when you first called me to confirm she was eligible!
