My favorite because the people there are so nice and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend this store.
I use to hate going to Rent A Center every week but this is the best one I have been to yet. Every one is very nice and helpful. I wish to thank the Manager for going above and beyond for me.

These people have poor customer service, poor comunication between staff members and will try to rip you off. I paid over 2000$ for a 900$ table set because the employees do not go over the 12 page contract with you. My chair broke, they said it was covered under warrenty. I have been trying to get a replacement or get it fixed for 6 months now. They intentionaly procrastinate to let your warrenty run out do they do not have to fix your product.
