This place is a disservice to us all! They charge thousands of dollars for cheap furniture. They dont value their hard working employees. In fact, they reward laziness! They are always infested with bugs, so much so that they send furniture out to customers with bugs in it.. They talk horribly about their customers, and expect their employees yo threaten any customer who can't afford to pay(though they'll never admit). Help me help our community and #BoycottRentACenter! I rented a washer and dryer set had it delivered and 3 months later found that the vent was not installed, in this time lint and dust was filter through out my apartment home, I called the store and was told we do not connect such, funny however these are leased as serviced until contract expires, not this RAC. I also have sent several of my residents to lease from this location and will make calls to have items picked up. By far the worst show of customer service, I'm disgusted with the staff and lack of respect to customers.

This rent a center is horrible .. I've been a customer many many years and this Taos store has horrible customer service .. Extremely rude and make there own minds up on when they're going to deliver .. Absolutely horrible it should be no stars

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! This is literally the WORST Rentacenter I've ever dealt with in my life. They are completely incompetent and inefficient. Every time you call you end up talking to a different person that knows NOTHING about what's going on in the store. When i first decided to rent here I was promised my furniture would be delivered the next day (which ended up taking over a week, then called me the next day trying to charge me for another week as if i had actually HAD the furniture the whole time...ridiculous!... read more
What a rip off. This place says they rent beds for a week. The rental agreement has prices listed for weekly, bi weekly and monthly. But they charge you the monthly rate, no matter how long you have it. So if you only need it for a couple days you still get socked with the full monthly rate. I will never use this business again. I would suggest craigs list for your needs instead of throwing your money away here. And I did not even mention all the personal information they asked for. I give this business a thumbs down.
