From day 1 when the dryer was hooked up wrong and a small electric fire. To the holes they put in my wall during delivery and never fixed up to 3 weeks ago dealing with SKYLAR at the Sheridan location, rude unprofessional customer service. Had to call the Casper Wy store to get correct information (thanks Shanna). Also, the fact that they have no communication with higher ups outside of WhatsApp is crazy.
