I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely horrible customer service from management. Very rude, condescending, and not willing to listen to customers. Chris, the manager, just wants to talk over you and argue instead of help you. I wish I would have asked around before going there because I have been told the same thing from numerous people.

I've never personally put anything in my name through them, but my household has and I don't think you should rent through this company in the first place. Interest rates go crazy when you miss a singular payment and I know not everyone can pay that and their regular bills when the item you rent gets jacked up beyond its normal price on the market.
