Never in my life dealt with such a level of customer service that blows my mind they are still in business. Not even a month late and they are asking when to pick up their product that I have been paying on for quite some time. The attitude I got from the manager and text messages were insane. Just want to say that New store manager Ben is the best thing to happen to the Bellefonte Rent a Center i have seen so much store managers in and out but with Ben you can tell he has a heart for that store and I have already seen so many things change since he took over that Store THANK YOU BEN you are awesome
This place is a joke with a bratty teenage mindset running the business there. I made an agreement with the manager to pay an out the door cost, and have my first payment moved 2 weeks after their normal date. That never happened. After discussing the issue (when they called me for a payment) it was said to be resolved. I received another call later on asking for a payment. I said no and this was already resolved.
