I don't do surveys
The customer service is excellent the sales representatives are great I have been using Rent A Center for years and haven't had any problems with their service they have always treated me great and always handled any problems I had.
Store never returned calls or followed up on my online order. Ordered online through Aaron's instead and received a call the same day and my washer a few days later. I can't speak for every store but my local rent-a-center has terrible customer service!
