If I could give zero stars, I would. Castle Rent & Pawn has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. The constant harassment over accounts is excessive and unnecessary, and customer service seems to be the last thing on anyone’s mind. The merchandise is often overpriced and questionable in quality, yet customers are expected to act grateful for the privilege of buying it. This Harrison , AR store cannot ever show up on time for pick ups or deliveries that are scheduled in advance. They are either late or don't show up at all. Unreliable.
