Day one service was perfect. The lady was very kind and professional. However the product was defective. Upon returning it the next day to try and solve the problem, It was a very different attitude dealing with Carson. At first he denied having the product requested. The service manager at your Baton Rouge location was very rude and defensive accusing me of forging a fake leasing agreement when she could have scrolled down and seen that my leasing agent name and number was there for verification
