The service manager at your Baton Rouge location was very rude and defensive accusing me of forging a fake leasing agreement when she could have scrolled down and seen that my leasing agent name and number was there for verification
Denham springs Louisiana location provided superior service. I’m not sure who to mention this part to hopefully corporate will see my blast on the Baytown Texas location. On Garth rd. This location put me on a do not rent list just because I canceled my agreement and didn’t go through with it. The guys at this location were very rude as well. That’s very petty and unprofessional.
