Great customer service come to rental centers on two notch
I just had my first ever experience with rent a center today and I must say it is fabulous. Ms. Tennele Johnson is the greatest customer service manager I have ever had the absolute pleasure of meeting. She even stayed an hour and a half after the store closed to help me get my product ready to be delivered the next day. And she herself is going to get my product from the other store it's at to deliver to me. Take heed rent a center. You've got a great one here. Don't lose her.
We are military and had a mixup with our household goods. We came here in a pickle and the associates were so nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about my experience. Would recommend.
The guy there and Manager is very helpful I would recommend to go there if you need anything for yourself or home great place
