Highly unprofessional and very deceitful when it comes to costs associated with your rental. Do not let them add on LDW or RAC benefits which is $6.00 biweekly to your rental agreement as they do not know what qualifies you for them and will NOT equitably apply them correctly to your rental agreements to incur fees and added costs.
