Treats everyone like a theft. Called to get a iPad for my daughter and sent over my information right away. Was preapproved online and sent over verification information. Even after sending over information requested by their system, the manager David requested that I also pay a bill and bring him a receipt showing I paid the bill to rent a iPad.
