Very rude employees I spoke to a manager I guess her name was Selena or Celine very unprofessional
Requires a $100 payment for All electronics and that is not Rent-A-Center policy that is the store policy down by the manager no other Rent-A-Center does that in all of DFW
Selena and delivery driver saved me today with an ac unit thank God for them my AC went out and they came through same day and is wasn't even at there location. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, GREAT PEOPLE, REASONABLE PRICES AND OVER ALL A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE SEVERAL THINGS from this location
Had delivery set up for Friday. Called to verify and was told out for delivery. They no call no showed. Next day said things happen and are not able to bring out this morning. Told me im not the only one being inconvenienced and just have to wait.
