I went there to drop off an Amazon return. Another man was already waiting there with a return, while the employees appeared to be chatting. A woman came in from outside and got into an argument with another woman in the store. One woman she couldn't get into a fight because of 11 felonies she already had committed. Thanks Amazon and Kohls for messing up a good return location and subjecting your customers to this questionable place.
