I just got a phone call from a rude worker, telling me I owed money on a t.v iam switching out. When I talked to someone else on Monday and I made a payment on my new t.v. I was told not to pay on the old account. Since I was switching it out. When I said this he was rude and hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times to get an answer.
